• Early, clear definition of project scope with key stakeholders
• Establishment of a phased delivery approach with realistic project deliverables
• Establishment of a detailed project plan incorporating all parties resources
• Regular project tracking reviews with clients (daily status reports e-mails, weekly calls, steering committee, etc.)
• Collaborative workshops during the design phase
• Strong emphasis on data availability and reliability with regard to sourcing Unica solutions
• Constant knowledge transfer to the client throughout the project
• Staffing the project with well trained resources
